On this page we offer our house casa Eucalyptus Moraira on the Costa Blanca for rent and you will find information about it. The house was thoroughly renovated in the spring of 2022 so that it fully meets today's wishes. The house consists of 2 separate floors, each with its own entrance. Each floor has a kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, kettle, fridge and freezer, a bathroom, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms with each sleeping place for at least 4 people (the beds are made on arrival). Bath, bed and kitchen linen are provided. The top floor has a south-facing balcony with sea view and beautiful views over the well-maintained communal garden with palm trees, green grass and a large swimming pool. Enjoy the sun or the shade under the awnings all day long. Via a staircase you walk down into the private garden with a large barbecue, cozy seating area and a dining table. This garden also provides direct access to the second floors. Both floors will never be rented separately to people who do not know each other. You can rent 1 floor, but of course you can also rent both at the same time. Due to the 2 separate floors, this house is perfectly suitable for a family with several (or slightly older) children, couples who want to go on holiday together but also want their own privacy or people who would like to spend the winter and not necessarily need a very big house. Are you coming to spend the winter and would you like to receive friends or family who will stay for a while? Then of course you can do that in the second floor. In the winter months it is possible to rent the whole house for a longer period at a reduced rate. The climate is ideal for wintering! The house is located about 20 minutes walk to the beach and cozy bars and restaurants. There is also a wonderful restaurant around the corner from the house. Several supermarkets can be found at a distance of between 2 and 4 kilometers and are easy to reach by car. There are several beautiful beaches and cozy, authentic villages close by and all are easily accessible by car.

We, Reinier and Wendy, have been the owners of casa Eucalyptus since the end of April 2022. Together with our 3 children we enjoy a wonderful time in and around our house, the wonderful climate, the swimming pool and the surroundings. Our 2 oldest children, friends and family can also have their own place in the house, but also the cosiness to be together. We hope you have as good a time as we do in the house.

Explanation of prices

The house is rented per floor, but never to different unknown people who do not know each other. It is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a cozy holiday together and still enjoy their privacy. Floor 1 is rented as standard, floor 2 can be rented at a reduced rate. We use 3 different seasons with separate prices for each season: Low season runs from September 1 to June 30: € 795 per week. Mid season are all school holidays outside the summer holidays: € 995 per week. High season runs from 1 July to 31 August: € 1195 per week. If you would like to rent apartment 2, we charge € 275 per week, all year round. For longer rentals of 1 month or longer in the low season, we use separate rates, please contact us.
Wifi is included in the price, electricity is included in the price up to 100 kWh per week, in case of more consumption, this will be settled at the then applicable cost price at the end of the stay. If weekly cleaning is desired, this can be arranged for 75 per apartment. Bed and bath linen are included in the price and the beds are made on arrival, there is a washing machine on the first floor, if desired, clean and ironed bed and bath linen can be delivered weekly for 15 euros per person.
