The residential villa has a spacious living and dining room, a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms each have two single beds.
The villa has large terraces on both floors with wonderful views. There is also a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. with outdoor shower and a BBQ. The beautiful Spanish house is located on a spacious plot of 1100 m2.
The villa is located in a quiet area yet close to Jávea. Supermarkets (1 – 2 km), the Arenal beach (2 km), the fishing port (4 km) and the old center of Jávea (4 km). Below the villa are two complete and modern apartments with large terraces and directly on the swimming pool. Both apartments have air conditioning.
Apartment Sol is over 65 m2 and has a living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Apartment Luna is over 45 m2 in size and, in addition to a living area, has a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed.
The entire villa is very suitable for a large family of 10 to 12 people, or for two (or three) families who each have their own space, but are still on holiday together.
