Newly built villa for rent in Cabo la Nao, Javea. Villa offers space for 11 people with 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 room with bunk beds for children. The villa also has 4 spacious bathrooms and a luxury kitchen. The living room, surrounded by a glass façade, overlooks the spacious garden of 1800m2 and the terrace with heated swimming pool of 10 x 5. The swimming pool has 2 separate loungers and a walk-in staircase. The villa and the plot are flat everywhere without stairs etc, which also makes it ideal for disabled people. All rooms are air-conditioned and should it be necessary in winter there is underfloor heating on both floors. For a good impression, watch the video

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check in after 4:00 PM, Check out before 10:00 AM, other times possible in consultation
Price includes water and WiFi. Excluding electricity at € 50 per week and final cleaning at € 200
Reservation fee: 30% deposit upon booking. The booking is only final upon receipt of the down payment. Remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental amount
Cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental amount
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount.
We advise you to take out short-term cancellation insurance.

The roof terrace with beautiful views. Sunny from morning to evening. In the summer warm during the day but nice and cool in the evening with a view. Nice place for a glass of wine before dinner or the night.

The large dining table inside is a so-called one-piece Sequoia tree trunk table. A warm and robust appearance. 10 lovely chairs on which you can also enjoy a long dinner.
If it can be a bit cooler in the evening, there is a fireplace to drink a nice glass of wine. NB floor heating is installed in all rooms, so this is especially the addition of atmosphere ... Not necessary for the temperature.
The living room, dining table and kitchen are placed in a large space.
The kitchen with double refrigerator with ice water and ice maker. A filter on the refrigerator and a descaler are used for all the water in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch microwave and oven (separate), induction hob etc.
Another nice separate sitting area to read a book or just enjoy the view.

The sunset in Mutxamel is breathtakingly beautiful. Enjoy it while having a drink on the lovely terrace.
A lovely barbeque is located right next to the garden gazebo. Here you can enjoy a pleasant BBQ evening with your guests.
A huge 150-year-old olive tree adorns the garden of Casa Gran Mirador
On the balcony is a beautiful terrace where you can relax. A cool breeze blows here every now and then, which makes it nice.
From the front door you can see the beaches of El Campello in the distance.
From the main entrance you enter the hall and you see the living room.
Enjoy playing table tennis with your family members. This is possible at Casa Gran Mirador. And after table tennis, you can continue playing on the American pool billiards indoors.
You have a great view on the terrace of the 2nd floor. You will see the city of Alicante and the beaches of El Campello. Behind you you will see beautiful mountains. It's nice to wake up in the morning on this fitness machine.
You are standing here on the second floor and looking into the stairwell. To the first floor and the ground floor.
Don't feel like going out in the sun for a while; sit inside. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The villa is located near El Campello. Here there are beautiful beaches but also beautiful rocks.
When you come to Casa Gran Mirador you will see the city of Alicante in the distance. The distance is approximately 16 kilometers (25 minutes by car). Here is the most beautiful boulevard in Spain; the Explanada! You will definitely go here.
Go to the beach in the morning and enjoy the most beautiful sunrises!
The area around Casa Gran Mirador is a true cycling paradise. There are beautiful routes that you can ride for both mountain bikers and racing cyclists. Prepare for some tough climbing!
Our olive tree is and remains beautiful. Apparently already 150 years old, this tree takes a prominent place in the landscaped garden of Casa Gran Mirador.
The swimming pool has a beautiful brick access staircase. After three steps the pool is one meter deep. The swimming pool at the back is 1.70 deep. There are swimming pool regulations that we display on our announcement board.
From the hall you will see the stairs to the ground floor and to the second floor.
The sunrises at Casa Gran Mirador are also a real pleasure. Reason enough to get up on time!
You can have a delicious lunch and dinner everywhere in Spain. But sometimes it's also nice to stay at home and provide a good lunch for your family.
The barbecue gazebo offers ample seating for larger groups. It is especially pleasant to stay here in the evening.

Hello summer! But it is also wonderfully relaxing at the swimming pool of Casa Gran Mirador in spring and autumn.
Enjoy the pool on warm summer evenings.
Of course, the villa is also beautifully illuminated at night. There is lighting at the house and you can also turn on the pool lighting and garden lighting to stay outside for a long time in the evening.
We have set up two permanent parasols by the pool. This is for people who prefer to avoid the sun.
Bathroom 3 on the second floor has a sink, a toilet and a bath with shower.
The American pool table has a direct connection to the garden and swimming pool. In the background you can see our announcement board. Here you will find the swimming pool regulations, the house rules, the check-out instructions, the wife password and various brochures for all kinds of fun attractions in the area.
Bathroom 2. Located on the 1st floor has a sink, a toilet and a shower. In principle, this bathroom is used by bedrooms 4, 5 and 6.
