Welcome to the Sol y Más family home – your holiday paradise in Moraira
Sol y Más Moraira is an attractive and luxurious holiday villa located in the quiet area of Pla del Mar, just a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Moraira and a 15-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach of El Portet or family sandy beach Playa de l'Ampolla.
As soon as you park the car on the gated driveway and walk through the characteristic entrance gate, you immediately step into a Mediterranean paradise. The newly landscaped garden with palm trees and atmospheric lighting immediately provides the ultimate holiday feeling. In season you can enjoy juicy oranges or avocados from your own tree in the garden or pick fresh lemons, it doesn't get any fresher!
Start the day with a full breakfast on the back terrace, take a refreshing dip in the private pool, or completely unwind on the Balinese bed under the shady palm trees.
Sun lovers can indulge themselves on the comfortable sunbeds around the sun terrace. The spacious veranda with large dining table and gas barbecue provides the perfect setting for long, balmy evenings with family or friends.
Luxury & comfort in Spanish style
The villa is completely new and stylishly furnished, with an eye for authentic Spanish details such as high ceilings with wooden beams and fitted wardrobes with traditional doors.
In the main building you will find:
• 3 comfortable bedrooms
• 2 modern bathrooms
• A spacious living room with large corner sofa
• A fully equipped kitchen
Everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible; From high-quality tableware to special wine glasses for the pool.
Guest house for extra privacy
In the separate guest house there is a fourth bedroom, a third bathroom and a pantry with coffee maker and kettle. Ideal for grandparents, older children or a befriended couple.
All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Next to the pool is an extra outdoor shower and toilet.
Entertainment at the villa
For children and families there is plenty of entertainment at the villa:

• Shuffleboard
• Various board games
• Bouncy castle
Please note that the pool cannot be locked. A swimming diploma is therefore mandatory for children.

Please note that our holiday home is not suitable for groups of friends who want to look for nightlife.
N.B.: In the Comunidad Valenciana, tourist rentals are intended for short stays of up to 10 nights. For that reason, our calendar is open for a maximum of 10 nights.
If you believe that your stay is non-touristy because, for example, you come to spend the winter or work temporarily in Spain, please contact me. Then we will look at the possibilities together. Especially for a longer stay out of season, interesting rates are negotiable.
