Welcome to Villa Marie Blanca, a holiday home in the charming Maryvilla district of Calpe. Perfect for up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. This beautiful villa offers spectacular panoramic views that extend from the glittering sea and the iconic Peñon d'Ifach on the right, to the majestic Mount Bernia and Mount Oltamar on the left.

The focal point of this retreat is the private swimming pool, where you can enjoy the Spanish sun on comfortable sun loungers or refresh yourself with a dip. The pool can be heated on request (see conditions below). There is also a separate shallow swimming pool, ideal for children to play in! The outdoor dining table invites you to eat outside. For extra convenience, you can rinse off after a sun-drenched day thanks to the outdoor shower.

Going upstairs, the interior welcomes you with an elegant living room, decorated with tasteful furniture. Stay cool in the comfort of the air conditioning as you sink into the plush sofa or relax in the cozy chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary adventures.

The living experience extends seamlessly outside, with direct access to a covered naya with a spacious dining table for 10 guests. An inviting lounge set completes this outdoor paradise and provides the ideal place for relaxed conversations and sunsets.

This villa features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the middle floor, with an attached bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located at pool level, with direct access to the terrace and two well-appointed bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy to all guests.

The villa offers free WiFi, so you can share your holiday moments with loved ones. There is one private parking space on site and plenty of free parking on the street.

Keep in mind that:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.
2: Your stay includes 500 kWh per week and in case of additional consumption, the kWh consumed is 0.35 per kWh.
3: To prevent fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
4: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €20 per day and start on the day we switch on the pump.
