Lounging like a pro. The outdoor kitchen and therefore the refrigerator are only a few steps away.
The outdoor kitchen has a large fridge and a Broil King BBQ. In other words... Grill and then dine at the king-size table.
Preparing a BBQ is a piece of cake with such a kitchen.

Driveway to the house. 2 parking spaces outside and plenty of parking space in the garage.
On the top floor you will find a spacious living room with a sitting area and air conditioning.
The terrace at the back with enough places with sun or shade. Great to light the BBQ in the evening. A spacious dining area is available under the veranda. Extra sunbeds are available in the bathhouse. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after using the pool.
Dining area in the living room upstairs, is located between the kitchen and outdoor terrace.
The house has a spacious ground floor and upper floor. Through the garage you enter the spacious hall.
You walk through the garage to the front door. The hall has a beautiful authentic staircase to the first floor. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a living room and an extensive kitchen. Through the French doors you walk to the garden below.
On the top floor you have a view of the sea and Moraira, from the covered terrace. In the morning you can see the sun rise here. Wonderful place to have breakfast.
The spacious and modern kitchen on the top floor is adjacent to the living room. You enter the laundry room (with washing machine) through a small balcony.
Kitchen has a breakfast corner. Induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and oven.
The (spare) bedroom annex games room. In the spring and autumn, when the mornings or evenings are sometimes still a bit chilly, it is a good place to stay.
In Spanish; the mirador with a great view over Benitachel and Teulada. There is a sofa bed and baby cot.
