Beautiful Villa with Sea Views, Mountain Views, Private Pool and 2 separate residential units located in the popular Pla del Mar area of Moraira. The location is fantastic. The Villa is located close to the center and the beaches. Moraira is a small fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea and not as touristy as the surrounding seaside resorts. Within a fifteen-minute drive you can reach Javea and Calpe and within half an hour's drive you can reach the towns of Altea, Denia and Benidorm. The villa faces south-west, so the villa is in the sun all day long. It is only 700 meters to the old center, where there are cozy pubs, trendy cocktail bars, delicious restaurants and nice shops. Alicante and Valencia airports are 80 and 100 km away.
The popular sandy beaches of Playa El Portet and Playa de l'Ampolla are 1 km away. It is a 6-minute walk to the center, and a 12-minute walk back because of the last part up the mountain. This is easy to do on foot for fit people. The house has its own driveway, where the car is parked in the shade behind a closed gate. The villa is located very privately in a quiet area and dead-end street. The villa is in the sun all day long. All rooms have recently been equipped with air conditioning. The view from the Naya is beautiful. Views of the sea, the ifach of Calpe and the mountains with the houses and the Montgo. The sunset is a wonder to see every day.
The house has a Naya on the top floor, a spacious living room with fireplace and smart TV, a large and fully equipped kitchen (equipped with a new dishwasher and a new fridge freezer) and a dining area. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Downstairs adjacent to the swimming pool there is a separate apartment. Also includes a complete kitchen, a small sitting area with a smart TV, spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom. All areas have air conditioning, both hot and cold. All rooms also have central heating. Outside is a 10 x 4 swimming pool with several sun terraces. The garden has various tropical trees and fruit trees. There is a BBQ and a washing machine. It is a dream house in a beautiful location. There is fiber optic available for high-speed internet.

We are Frank and Minja. We have found our dream home in Moraira since March 2023. We have this house mainly to recover from a busy summer in the winter. In the Netherlands we have a hotel that requires a lot of attention in the summer. We have 3 children together and dreamed of having a house with 4 bedrooms. We have closed our own bedroom with en-suite bathroom during the rental. The rest of the house is for rent. We wish everyone a lot of fun in our house.

Explanation of prices

The mentioned rental price is excluding city tax and cleaning costs. The cleaning costs are € 250.00. You will receive 4 towels per person and 1 clean linen parquet for the bed.
We ask for a deposit of € 500.00. You must transfer this within 2 weeks of arrival and you will receive it back after departure if everything has remained in the same condition immediately within 7 days.
When booking a period, we ask for a 50% down payment. You can cancel free of charge up to 12 weeks before arrival. up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival you have lost your deposit. Pay the remaining 50% within 4 weeks before arrival and if you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, you will lose the entire amount. With No-show you have lost the entire amount. You must take out cancellation insurance yourself. And you must take out travel insurance yourself. In case of damage, you can recover this from your travel insurance. Everything is new in our house, which is why we ask guests to handle our belongings with care.
Gas/water and electricity are included in the rental price, provided that they are used normally.
