Located within walking distance of the charming village of Altea La Vella with cozy restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. and 5 minutes drive from the sea, villa Casa Cava offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday on the coast of Altea.

Villa Casa Cava has a comfortable dining and living room with fully equipped modern open kitchen that opens onto the spacious (partly covered) terrace where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the Bernia chain. The barbecue provided makes the terrace the ideal place to enjoy delicious al fresco meals. The large swimming pool of the villa is surrounded by trees and a natural environment, ideal for a refreshing dip amidst the tranquility of nature.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 contemporary modern bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and luxurious rain showers. A closed parking lot with electronic gate can accommodate 2 cars

The villa is fully equipped, such as good WiFi both inside and outside, Sonos sound system, washing machine and dryer and air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival and departure time

In certain cases it is possible to arrange other times. This is always done in mutual consultation with the lessor.

Deposit and down payment

The down payment is 50% of the total rent incl. deposit. The remaining payment of the rent must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

A deposit of € 750 will be charged upon payment of the rent. The landlord will refund the deposit to the tenant within 14 days after the end of the rental period to the account number indicated by him, after checking the villa and deducting any additional consumption and damage or loss when relevant

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the total rental price is due. If canceled within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the full rental price is due.

Linen

The use of linen is mandatory. Bath and bed linen 20€ per package per person. Cot and high chair(s) are available free of charge.

Care villa during stay

At the start of the rental period, the villa is delivered clean, the final cleaning is mandatory. The pool is cleaned weekly by a specialist.
