Enjoy the sun and the pool with stunning views
Spectacular views of the Marjal, the nature reserve where Valencian rice is grown and there is a spring with natural hot water with medicinal effects.
Outdoor shower with hot water and a view of the blue sky. A little piece of heaven on earth!
The house is divided into 2 apartments each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and a total of 3 bathrooms.
From the pool you can go to the upper apartment with covered terrace with extendable table for up to 12 people.
When we are not there, we are happy to share our wonderful place under the sun with you!

Children's room with bunk beds on the upper apartment. This has a view of the rock garden. Wonderful awakening with the chirping birds.
All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.

Each apartment has its own washing machine. Ideal for large and small washes!

The stretched sandy beaches of Deveses are 10 minutes from the house.
For the youngest there is a playground (fenced and closed with a gate). Two sun loungers ensure that mum and dad can relax while the youngest have fun.

The kidney-shaped swimming pool is equipped with a nice staircase, in addition, our pool boy comes at least 2 times a week to ensure wonderful swimming water.
Enjoy by the pool
The living room, equipped with a beautiful Chateau Belvedere table from Riviera Maison with 8 chairs, is a wonderful place for a drink with a snack or a nice dinner during chilly days! Riviera Maison's special wine cabinet is filled with wine glasses, wine cooler, whiskey set, cocktail set!
The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-size box spring of no less than 1.80 m wide! A luxurious bed with excellent mattresses and a lovely topper offer you a lot of comfort!

Enjoy a Barbecue on the balcony with spectacular views!
The house seen from the driveway, as you can see, via the stairs you reach the ground floor of our house, where the swimming pool is located and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. Via the next staircase you reach the living floor with large terrace.
Dining table on the covered terrace, great for enjoying your meal!
Behind the house is a wonderfully spacious terrace of no less than 11 meters long! You can walk straight into the garden through a gate and enjoy this beautiful view

Bedroom number 2 on the ground floor is the smallest room in the house. Here is a queen-size box spring (1.60 m wide). There are both single and double bed linen and duvets available!
This room is a real family room, very suitable for adding an extra child's bed(s). Large closet and desk to work!

Available cots at Casa Bella Vista 515; Prenatal Miffy for children up to 15kg, Nuna Sena has 2 levels and is therefore suitable for small babies up to approximately 3 years old and also offers a changing mat. You can also easily use Nuna Sena as a playpen outside in the shade.
The Deryan Infant Deluxe travel Bassinet is fantastic for newborn children! Comfortable mattress and mesh provide wonderful sleeping comfort. Easy to take outside or to the beach!
When you travel with children you need a lot of stuff; We speak from experience, which is why we are happy to give young parents a helping hand! A wonderfully comfortable sleeping bag from Puckababy for newborns, a mosquito net for when you place the playpen outside and drinking cups for toddlers and preschoolers!
Bedroom II upstairs on the first floor equipped with a camping bed
Is the weather less pleasant? The Julie children are sure to have a great time! There is a large chest hidden in the house with toys and games!
Bathrobes made of lovely cotton, bath slippers and luxurious towels are provided as standard!
Plenty of fun & entertainment for the pool! For the little ones there are standard bracelets (3-6) years available for both boys and girls and a Baby Float for the little ones to enjoy the pool together!
Pantry downstairs by the pool with extra fridge, coffee machine for ultimate convenience!
Washer/dryer is at your disposal! As well as a drying rack and Brabantia Rotary Dryer
