villa, Monte Pego, Costa Blanca, Spain - Design villa with private pool
Under the pergola on the back terrace you can enjoy the shade of the pool
You don't have to go inside to grab a cool glass of wine, beer or a soft drink thanks to the refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen.
In the TV room we have created a small workplace. Screen, keyboard and mouse are ready for you.
Want to wake up to the blue sky, or sleep through the night thanks to the electric roller shutter? You choose.
The windowseat with a view over the valley and the setting sun is a wonderful place to dream away
The outdoor kitchen is a pleasant place to be; in the shade during the day and at sunset in the evening. The ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze if desired. BBQ, electric grill, refrigerator, spacious dining table with 8 chairs, in short, everything you need within reach.
Relaxing at the edge of the pool with a drink, wonderful.
View of the Ifach
You can easily prepare the tastiest snacks on the Weber gas BBQ until late at night. A piece of meat or fish (or veggie burger) is made in no time. Add a sprig of rosemary or lemon from your own garden for the scent and taste, hmmm...
The sun shines 320 days a year in Moraira. The weather in Moraira is labeled by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the healthiest in the world. Moraira is blessed with more than 2800 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 19 degrees.
Can you see yourself lying there? Reading a book in the shade of the camouflage cloth at the edge of your own swimming pool...
The outdoor shower is also nice and refreshing!
The pool is heatable
In the distance you can see the Ifach, the rock near Calpe
All for yourself. Relax on an air mattress. Which you can simply inflate with the existing electric pump.
The master bedroom, like the other two bedrooms, has two single box spring beds, mosquito net, electric roller shutter and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, just like the living room and TV room, so you can sleep well in a cool room
The bathroom in the master bedroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Wonderful rain shower and hand shower.
One of the two bedrooms downstairs has two single box-spring beds and a spacious en-suite bathroom. It also contains the washing machine and dryer.
The windows in the 3 bedrooms all have shutters. This way you keep the heat out and you can make it as dark as you want.
The washing machine and dryer are located in one of the downstairs bathrooms
The other bedroom downstairs has two lovely single box-spring beds
The second bedroom downstairs has a sink with drawer cupboard, walk-in shower and a separate toilet
Also handy: a make-up mirror in every bathroom.
The compact kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and induction hob + extractor system (Bosch)
Nespresso. What else?
You can watch Dutch television via the NLziet app on the smart TV to which Chromecast is also connected
In the winters it is also nice to stay indoors; relax on the couch with a book and a glass of wine
The kitchen-diner has a cooking island
The dining table has room for 6 people
You can also relax indoors, on the couch.
Wonderful shade from one of the palm trees in the garden
Have you been able to discover the different birdhouses yet?
The garden is completely walled for maximum privacy.
We have also created a nice place on the terrace behind the house. In the summer, this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset at the end of the day.
Welcome!
The house is detached in a very quiet neighborhood at the bottom of the mountain.
Terrace on the other side of the house. That's a nice spot in the winter; always sun and rarely wind.
One of the many beautiful palm trees that you will see during your holiday.
Table tennis? Bats and balls are also provided, so you don't need to bring them.
