The most important feature of Casa Arthuro is undoubtedly the peace and privacy that this house has to offer. A private swimming pool and spacious terraces to enjoy your holiday with friends or family within walking distance of the sea. Everyone has their own place.
The Costa Blanca is one of the few places on earth to offer a fantastic microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year! The coolest months are December, January and February, the warmest months are July and August. The sea water temperature varies from 15° C to 26° C.
The interior has a colorful style with local accents and striking Spanish details here and there.
- Casa Arthuro is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment.
- On the 1st floor there is the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with sink, shower and toilet and one with sink, toilet and dryer). In addition, two covered terraces (they are called nayas here).
- From the spacious covered terrace (naya) there is access to the stairs to the roof terrace with a view of the sea and beautiful surroundings. Here it is romantic stargazing.
- In addition, our villa also has a third bedroom on the ground floor with space for 2-4 people (via private entrance). Here is also a pantry with refrigerator and completely renovated bathroom with spacious shower and toilet.
- All bedrooms have new box spring mattresses and are equipped with air conditioning (cold and warm). The living room also has air conditioning and a wind fan.
- All beds have 100% cotton bed linen, colorful bedspreads and pillows. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters for a nice, undisturbed night's sleep.
Outdoor living
- At Casa Arthuro you can fully enjoy the outdoors: more than enough space on the terraces or around the pool and house to enjoy the sun and shade (cloth).
- There is a beautiful lounge set by the pool and there are sun loungers and parasols. In the summer you can hang a shade cloth. After swimming you can rinse off in the outdoor shower by the pool.
- There is a separate traditional Spanish dining area under the entrance stairs where you can enjoy a meal together. Due to the extreme drought of the past period, BBQs with an open fire are currently not allowed.
- There is a long dining table on the spacious naya (covered terrace) with sun in the afternoon. You will spend a lot of time here. The smaller naya is a wonderful place to wake up in the morning sun with a cup of coffee. In the afternoon it is a nice shady spot.
- There is parking space for 2 to 3 cars on the private enclosed grounds.
Indoor living
- The living room is fully equipped. There is a smart TV (with Netflix), Bluetooth speakers for playing your own music and fiber optic WiFi. For the little ones (or adults) there is a DVD player with many Disney films.
- There are also various books and magazines in the living room with all kinds of tips for exploring the nearby area. Of course, card and board games are also available.
- There is also a nice overview of the many restaurants in the region (based on own experiences). You will be surprised by the wide range of culinary locations, modern, hip or traditional, where everyone can enjoy themselves.
