The holiday villa is located on 849m2 of private land. A private driveway provides space for several cars, two of which can be parked under the carport.

We have had a new lounge set since March 2024

Under the veranda you can enjoy your meal outside with a view of the garden and swimming pool

The large living room (30m2) has sliding doors to the pool

Two Fatboys are present for a wonderful experience in the pool

The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool and outdoor shower

The holiday villa stands on 850 m2 of private land with complete privacy.

The large living room has sliding glass doors that can be opened completely, creating a beautiful passage to the swimming pool.

The dining room table offers space for 8 people.

The villa has a desk with iMac so you can easily access the internet.

The front room has a fireplace and four bucket seats. There is also a 50 TV in the front room. So this villa is also a great destination for winter visitors

The kitchen is an open kitchen that is connected to the front room

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower with a rain shower and hand shower.

The beds in the bedrooms can be placed separately or together. So it can easily become a double bed.

The fourth bedroom has air conditioning and French doors to the pool

From the bedroom you can walk straight into the pool.

The laundry room is equipped with an LG washing machine from June 2024 with a 9kg drum and 1400 rpm. And a Sharp tumble dryer from December 2024 for 12kg. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board.

In the front living room is a Samsung 50 Smart TV

On the beach in El Campello there is a real water castle for the children in the summer.

The signpost in the front yard shows how far you are from interesting places such as the beach and the center of Busot
