Casa Zenzez (costablanca) has been completely renovated/converted into a perfect holiday home for 4 people.  For a booking with 1-2 people see other prices: Micazu Casa Zenzez 1-2 pp. Interested in long term rental, feel free to contact me in cash. As a Dutch owner, I opted for a mix of traditional Spanish (typical Andalusia;) and Ibiza style with a nice sleek finish. Casa ZenZeZ is a picture of a "small" Finca. Everything is right and is therefore very attractively decorated. From the terrace with great conservatory (5x4m) at the front/side of the casa you have a breathtaking panoramic view. This is therefore one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a glass of wine with family and/or friends.

Relax by the nice swimming pool (8x4 m) surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, "relax" four-poster bed (2x2 m), 2 sunbeds, 2 large thatched umbrellas in "Bali" atmosphere and a partly covered lounge area with 2 lounge chairs, 1lounge sofa and lovely cushions. There is also a beautiful bbq, wooden dining table with 4 chairs and parasol, so you can cook outside until the late hours. In the evening with candlelight enjoy all the lights and the beautiful view from the conservatory and/or the partly covered lounge area. With her complete kitchen, living room with 2 lovely lounge sofas with 2 relax chairs and side tables, 2 luxury bedrooms both with attractive bathroom en suite, there is plenty of space both inside and outside for up to 4 people. Casa ZenZeZ is therefore a true paradise.

Location
From your villa, located between the quiet residential area of Pinar del Advocat and Partida La Sabatera, you can walk to a (neighborhood) supermarket in a few minutes (they have delicious croissants for breakfast ;-). With 3 minutes by car you are in the center of Moraira. And what a nice place this is: the village has a beautiful marina, nice beach (gently sloping) no less than 3 beaches in Moraira alone, several nice top restaurants, terraces and cozy shopping streets. In the good restaurants you not only serve fish, tapas and paella, but you can also enjoy sushi, buritos and delicious pastas. In the harbour you can still buy fresh fish for the barbecue at a very affordable price. The slightly larger town of Jávea is not far from Moraira. Here you will find a lovely large and wide sandy beach, ideal for all tastes. In the immediate vicinity of Moraira you will also find three beautiful golf courses where you can play golf all year round.


Layout
Through the more than a hundred year old wooden door, really an amazing eye-catcher, you enter the cozy living room with partly open kitchen. You can completely relax around the TV surrounded by 2 nice lounge sofas, 2 design chairs with various "wooden" design tables. There is a television in both the conservatory and in the living room and in both bedrooms with almost all international channels. The open kitchen is attractive and modern with a combi microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, Nespresso milk frother, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer and plenty of kitchen utensils. The dining area is located in the conservatory where you have a view of your garden, swimming pool and a beautiful view towards the mountains of El Portet. In addition, there is a utility room with guest toilet, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The nice thing about this casa is that it is completely on the ground floor. Through a hall with beautiful paintings on the wall you reach the two bedrooms and two bathrooms en-suite.  The bedrooms with double bed are located at the front and side of the villa with access to the sunny terrace and plenty of closet space. The two modern en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a torrential rain shower, toilet and spacious washbasins. The sliding doors to the terrace provide a lot of light. The terrace at the front of the casa is perhaps the nicest spot of Casa ZenZeZ. Outside you will find a luxurious gas barbecue (outdoor kitchen) with dining area, private swimming pool and a partly covered lounge set so you can sit back and enjoy this dream casa. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning. With an extra ceiling fan in both bedrooms and this also for the conservatory. Mosquito nets are attached to all windows. The entire casa has heating via air conditioning system and both inside and outside the casa has Wifi (internet via fiber optic). There are parking facilities in front of the casa. In addition, the fully fenced casa is also equipped with an entrance gate that can be locked. So a private paradise of its own. Let your holiday begin!

Ps. Casa ZenZeZ can be booked as a family, children from 12 years old are welcome. Young people who want to book together are welcome from the age of 30. Smoking in and around the casa is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
