There are five double suites, all with sea views. The large living space is both modern and practical, with an open plan American-style kitchen, seating and dining areas.
The villa has hot and cold air conditioning throughout and an intelligent system that controls motorised shutters and lighting. From the living area there is direct access to the terrace with a private swimming pool. There are 6 sunbeds and a lounge with an umbrella, just sit back and enjoy the beautiful panoramic sea views!
There is an outdoor bathroom with a shower and toilet that add extra comfort to the pool area.
To the rear of the villas is a bbq terrace with a lounge area and a large family dining table. This terrace is a great place if you prefer to dine al fresco but not under the scorching sun.
As entertainment you can have a great time in this villa! There is a home cinema room to watch a movie, a pool table with bar for a cozy evening at home, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, a (heated) indoor pool, and a yoga/stretch room for relaxation.
A 4-seater elevator/elevator provides easy access to all internal floors and there is parking space for 3 cars, 1 of which can be parked in the garage.
For ease of parking, there is a motorized car turntable, which turns your car around for you.
As mentioned earlier, this villa comes with hotel service. This means that a lady comes daily (2 hours) to clean up the kitchen and bedrooms. If you require additional daily service, this is possible at an additional rate.
The rental price includes bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, bath slippers and bathrobes and for stays longer than 1 week a linen change will be done.
