☀️ Welcome to our cozy bungalow in Jávea / Xàbia
In a small-scale quiet and safe urbanization in sunny Jávea (Xàbia) is our attractive bungalow – a place where inside and outside merge effortlessly and where outdoor living is central.
🏡 Enjoy inside
The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning (hot & cold) and for the cooler winter evenings a cozy wood stove.
The naja (conservatory) is a wonderful place where you can enjoy the sun early in the year with a cup of coffee or a good book. There is also wifi and a smart TV.
There are two bedrooms:
One room with a double bed size 160x200cm
One room with two single beds 90x200cm
A cot is available on request for the little ones
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels/kitchen towels are provided. We do ask you to use your own beach towels for swimming pool or beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: coffee maker, kettle, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, small oven, microwave and toaster.
But to be honest... in Spain it is actually better to just eat 😉 out
🌿 Outdoor living
Near the beach within walking distance. Just outside all the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of cozy restaurants in the summer, still centrally located, and in winter still lively enough with many sunny spots.
Around the bungalow is a nice, green garden with lots of privacy. There are several seating areas: in the sun in winter, in the shade in summer. The ultimate Spanish outdoor life.
In the storage room you will find beach beds and space to store snorkeling equipment, for example.
Also important in the summer, you park your car in front of the door!
🌊 The area
The bungalow is located in a quiet urbanization with:
a large shared swimming pool
tennis courts
Diving school
a cozy terrace
a restaurant, a bar/snack bar
Within walking distance you will find several trendy restaurants.
Within 7 minutes you can walk to Cala Blanca, a beautiful bay where you can snorkel. There are also several walking routes along the sea and to the most beautiful beaches of the Cala Blanca.
For more liveliness and sandy beaches, drive in 7 minutes or take the bus to Platja de l'Arenal, where you can enjoy cozy top restaurants with sea views and often with live music.
A visit to the old town of Xàbia and the port is also not to be missed.
In short: sun, sea, tranquility, cosiness and the real Spanish outdoor life — everything within reach.
