Casa Ballestra is a luxury villa in an insanely beautiful location. The view over the Mediterranean Sea, the island of Portitxol, the bay and the cliffs is breathtaking. The villa was recently (November 2024) completely redecorated in Ibiza style.
There is a carport on the street side. A few steps down and you are at the front door of Casa Ballestra. Spacious living room with sitting area and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything is on 1 level. From the living room you step onto the spacious naya (covered terrace) with again a spacious table with chairs. In the storage room is a washing machine and dryer. All rooms have underfloor heating (to be operated separately) and air conditioning.
From the naya you reach an intermediate terrace via a spacious staircase. A few steps down you reach the swimming pool with 8 comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
At the back of the site (accessible via the underlying street) is a garage and a parking space for a third car.
The property is fully fenced.
Bed and bath linen and beach towels from Zara Home, care products (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) from Marie Stelle Maris. Hotel-quality beds, Nespresso machine with cups, toaster and kettle from Smeg, juicer,..... Everything is there for a comfortable stay at Casa Ballestra.
The centre of Javea is a 10-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity (a few minutes by car) you will find some of the most beautiful bays of Javea such as Cala de Baracca (Portitxol) and Cala Granadella.
