Totally renovated house for 4 people on site  with beautiful sunny balcony overlooking the Montgó. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.  In living room and bedroom upstairs air conditioning.

In the garden you can enjoy the sun or shade in various places.  And for a refreshing dip there is a beautiful communal swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. And you can make a nice cup of coffee with the Nespresso machine.  For cool evenings there is a fireplace.

Denia is a super cozy city with many restaurants and nightlife. The area invites you to beautiful cycling and walking tours. If you have your own bicycles, you can place them in the closed basement. In about 25 minutes walk you are at the beaches of Denia where you can snorkel, take a walk along the boulevard. Hiking tours are possible in the area, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a short distance. In terms of culture, there is plenty to see in Denia, such as the castle of Denia and the old town. The distance to the sea is 1.5 km.
