Beautiful 6 person authentic Spanish holiday villa in Jávea, Costa Blanca in the Costa Nova district.
Villa Cava is a real family home, has a nice quiet (southern) location with the beach and boulevard at 10 minutes by car and the nearest supermarket and restaurants at 5 minutes by car. The villa consists of two floors that are connected by a beautiful Spanish interior staircase.

Separate guest toilet and a very spacious kitchen (renovated in 2024) with utility room and fully equipped such as 2 refrigerators incl. freezers, Nespresso machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster etc.
The living/dining room is nicely furnished with a lovely sofa, dining area, TV with all desired channels, mood lighting including Sonos music system.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm with private bathroom. Both rooms have ample wardrobe space and overlook the pool and garden.
On the first floor is the 3rd double bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 cm with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the lovely sunny terrace and views of the pool and garden. There is also plenty of cupboard space here.
All rooms are fresh, cozy and warmly decorated and equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All bathrooms and the separate toilet were renovated in early 2024. You feel right at home.
In the beautifully landscaped enclosed garden with palm trees located on the south you will find fruit trees, a private swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas and you can enjoy peace and privacy. Due to the good southern location, you can enjoy the whole day as soon as the sun shines. If you are warm, you can relax under the naya, palm trees or umbrellas in the shade.
The garden is closed by an electronic gate where you can drive your car into your own private driveway which offers parking space for 3 cars.
Superfast (fiber) WiFi, all (Dutch) TV channels and Sonos for good music available and a free welcome package is waiting for you on arrival.

Javea/Xabia
Javea is easy to get to and is an hour's drive from Valencia airport and an hour from Alicante. The cheaper airlines fly to both airports.
In addition to its unique location and its typical Spanish charm, Javea is a village that consciously remains a village due to municipal policy. No high-rise buildings, no mass tourism, but pure authenticity. The new and old center of Javea are both nice to visit with numerous restaurants, shops and nice terraces.
Villa Cava is not far from 'Playa de la Granadella' which has been chosen by Spaniards as 'best and most beautiful beach in Spain' 2 times in a row. Not surprising, as it is located in a picturesque horseshoe-shaped bay with clear turquoise waters, surrounded by jagged rocks and pine trees. A picture!
