Furnished like a real home, not as a rental property. Everything is there. 4 bedrooms, 2 covered terraces. Panoramic roof terrace.
Total habitable surface (excluding covered terraces) is 280 m2.
We provide all linen on site and are included in the price.
You will be received locally by a Dutch-speaking person.

Fully equipped kitchen, the latest Smart TV with TV Vlaanderen subscription, Top Gas BBQ, air conditioning in all rooms and living room, and .... peace in our beautiful garden.

Located 800 meters from the beach, 200 meters from a luxury supermarket and within walking distance of a whole range of nice restaurants.

We are Karin and Philippe. Falling in love with the Moraira region over 10 years ago and a few years ago we found our dream villa. It has now been furnished according to our wishes and we would like to rent it out on a limited basis.
Werner, Karin's dad lives nearby and is happy to receive you on your arrival. He is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German, without forgetting Spanish of course.

Explanation of prices

We use a fixed rental price per week. There will be a final cleaning of 170 Euro. The price for bed and bath linen is 25 Euro per person.

For the rest we ask for a deposit of 450 Euro, which we will refund within 7 days after your stay.
