Beautiful 6 person authentic Spanish holiday villa in Jávea, Costa Blanca in the Costa Nova area.

Villa Cava is a real family home, has a nice location with the beach and boulevard at 10 minutes by car and the nearest supermarket and restaurants at 5 minutes by car. The villa consists of two floors that are connected by a beautiful Spanish internal staircase.

Entrance with spacious hall and authentic internal staircase. Spacious living-dining room with a large terrace overlooking the private pool and landscaped garden.
Separate guest toilet and a very spacious renovated kitchen (2024) with utility room fully equipped such as 2 refrigerators including freezers, Nespresso machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc. 

Furthermore, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed and ensuite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm with private bathroom. Both rooms have ample closet space and overlook the pool and garden.

On the first floor is the 3rd double bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed with its own bathroom and patio doors to the lovely sunny terrace and views of the pool and garden. There is also plenty of cupboard space here. 

All rooms are fresh, cosy, warmly decorated and equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All bathrooms and the separate toilet will be renovated in early 2024. You will feel right at home. 

In the beautifully landscaped enclosed garden with palm trees located on the south you will find fruit trees, a private swimming pool (heated for an additional fee) with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas and you can enjoy the sunny weather in peace and privacy. If you are too hot, you can relax under the naya in the shade.

There is parking space for 3 cars on the driveway.

Javea/Xabia 
Javea is easy to reach and is one hour from Valencia airport and one hour from Alicante. The cheaper airlines fly to both airports.

In addition to its unique location and its typical Spanish charm, Javea is a village that consciously remains a village due to the municipal policy. No high-rise buildings, no mass tourism, but pure authenticity.

Villa Cava is located not far from 'Playa de la Granadella' which has been voted 'best beach in Spain' by Spaniards 2 times in a row. Not surprising, as it is located in a picturesque horseshoe-shaped bay with clear turquoise waters, surrounded by jagged rocks and pine trees. A picture!
