On the ground floor you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace. The first floor also features its own kitchen, a spacious living area and two more bedrooms—of course also air-conditioned—and two bathrooms. This clever design ensures that everyone can enjoy their own space to unwind or come together for unforgettable moments.
Outside, the well-kept garden invites you to enjoy the wonderful Spanish climate. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, which can be heated on request for a small additional fee. For entertainment and relaxation, there is much to enjoy: challenge each other to a game of pool, table tennis or darts. During the day and evening, this is the perfect place for everyone to come together and create lasting memories.
The location of Villa Puccini is truly ideal. In just a ten-minute walk you can feel the sand under your feet on one of Calpe's beautiful beaches. A supermarket is literally around the corner, so you can do your shopping quickly without having to take the car. Restaurants, shops and charming cafés are all within easy reach, so your holiday can get off to a carefree start.
Within the grounds of the villa, there is also space to park two cars, which gives you a safe and convenient place to leave your vehicles.

Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited at all times.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
5: The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €30 per night.
6: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional work or noise from the environment may occur and is beyond our control.
