5 minutes by car from the popular beaches El Arenal and Cala Granadella. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds) with air conditioning, 2 new bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and air conditioning, separate dining room and new fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine, electric oven... In the utility room you can use the washing machine and dryer and outdoor shower

Outside you can enjoy the 1000m2 garden or relax by the pool on the 6 sunbeds, barbecue on the terrace and enjoy the panoramic views and private pool.

We are a Dutch couple who, after several successful holidays in this beautiful area, have decided to buy a holiday villa. Because we are temporarily bound to the children's holidays in the Netherlands, we would like to let others enjoy our Villa.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The region is beautiful and has many smaller idyllic beaches, hiking trails and restaurants.

Explanation of prices

We are flexible every week with changeover days so that you can book cheaper and more flexible tickets.
We ask for a 50% deposit upon booking. After receipt of this you will receive a confirmation and the booking is final. The remaining payment must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. The booking is always made including the deposit and this is returned within 7 days. Only excessive use of gas or electricity will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation conditions:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the lessor in writing or by e-mail.
if the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
if the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use (or no longer use) the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rental price.
If the tenant decides to leave earlier than the agreed date, no money will be returned.
