This beautiful, luxury villa with private heated swimming pool (included in the rental price in the months of April, May, June, September and October, other months in consultation) is located in a quiet residential area in the cozy village of Moraira, one of the few towns on the Costa Blanca that has remained authentically Spanish at its core. The town is characterized by the narrow streets in the center, winding past cozy terraces, lounge bars and excellent restaurants ending at the beautiful modern marina and the small fishing harbor.

Moraira is surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm. Some beaches with fine sand are ideal for the holidaymaker who loves crowds and tourism. Other beaches are located in small coves surrounded by rocks, ideal for those who love peace and intimacy. The coastal road from Moraira to Calpe, with a length of 16 kilometers, can rightly be counted as one of the most beautiful routes on the Costa Blanca. The route leads briefly along the coast with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea with steep rocks and surrounded by strips of pine forest.

After a long search for the ideal holiday home, we found this villa in an oasis of tranquility with lots of privacy and a beautiful sea view. The villa has been completely reformed into a loungy Ibiza style villa with lots of luxury, high standards and contemporary comfort.
This dream home is a place where you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with friends and family.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Electricity consumption:

€ 0.36 / kWh (based on the electricity level)

Bed linen and towels:

€ 17.5 per person per week
Mandatory change for bookings of 12 nights/13 days or more
Towel package contents: 1 large, 2 normal and 1 small towel per person (no beach towels)
Per booking includes: 2 kitchen towels and 2 dishcloths

Final cleaning:

€ 130
To be paid on site to the property manager

Bail:

€ 750
You must pay this amount together with the remaining payment and will be returned to you within 14 days after returning home (if no damage has been found)

Baby cot (and high chair included):

€ 17.5 per bed (including mattress and bed linen)
Mandatory change from 12 nights

Arrival and departure:

Minimum stay: 5 or 7 nights depending on the period
Supplement: €60 for a stay of less than 7 nights
Check-in after 4 pm
Check-out before 10 am on the day of departure

Wifi / Internet

Superfast Wifi (300 Mb) is included in the rental price and available throughout the house.

Advance:
The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit (30% of the total rent).
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 months before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 2 months before the check-in date does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation after payment of the remaining amount entitles you to a refund of 50% of the total rental price.
Early departure from the villa does not entitle you to a refund of the rent.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
