The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (memory foam topper), a large closet and a private bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. In addition, the room has air conditioning/heating and a coffee bar with a LOR Barista coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso capsules).
🔹 Second floor – Bedrooms & Bathroom
North room: Two single beds and a small wardrobe, with sea view.
South room: Two single beds, a spacious closet and air conditioning.
Bathroom: Fully equipped bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
🔹 Ground floor – Living space & Facilities
Living room: Cozy space with a dining table for six, a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and armchair, an 80 cm LED TV and a coffee/shoe rack at the entrance. An air conditioner at the stairs ensures a pleasant temperature on the ground floor.
Kitchen: Compact but fully equipped, including a 3-burner electric hob, oven, microwave with convection function, filter coffee maker, espresso pot, kettle, juicer and all necessary pans, utensils and crockery.
Guest toilet: Handy toilet with sink.
Laundry room: Equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, a table, four patio chairs and a basic set of tools.
🔹 Outdoor Space & Garage
Terrace: Two levels – a street level (2x5m) and a raised entrance level (3x5m) with a glass table and stunning sea and mountain views. Under the terrace there is a small charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower (ideal for rinsing off beach sand).
Garage: Private garage with a remote control for the entrance door and an interior door with key access. There is a closed private storage room for the owner.
The property is fully tiled and has no carpet. Thanks to its convenient location, both Guardamar and La Mata are easily accessible, with a bus and cycle path a short distance away. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy peace, comfort and a beautiful view!
The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linen, service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out, so you can enjoy your stay without any worries.
The price of the linen includes: bed linen (the beds are made on arrival), 1 shower towel, 1 pool towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as 2 kitchen towels per accommodation.
Important: For check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish holidays there is a supplement of €25. There is also an extra cost of €25 for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00. These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. The additional consumption will be charged at € 0.45 per kWh.
