This spacious (115m2) maisonette apartment with registration number (VT-4 53112-A) is located 700 meters from the sandy Arenal beach. Bella Hermosa has FIBER optic internet, so bring your favorite apps from home (NETFLIX, AMAZONE PRIME ETC) including your TV app from your provider so you can watch TV as if you were at home. Upon arrival you will be received by the hostess of ESPUNDA, to show you around our apartment. Our hostess is your point of contact throughout your holiday in case of any emergencies, problems or other important matters. After booking, you will be asked to download our own app and you will receive a login. This app is a combination of various apps for sights, maps and trips.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in one of the most beautiful or perhaps most beautiful villages on the Spanish coast, but certainly on the Costa Blanca. Mass tourism is something that certainly does not belong to Javea and you will certainly not find it here, but you are assured of sun, sea and beach 300 days a year.

Our apartment is located in the Cala Blanca district. The well-known and pleasant sandy beach “El Arenal” is 2 minutes by car, 4 minutes by bike and 12 minutes by foot. The rocky Cala Blanca beach is just a 2-minute walk from our apartment. All other beautiful beaches are about 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is very spacious, 105m2 , and has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are also 3 bedrooms with AIR CONDITIONING and 3 bathrooms, with the Master Bedroom having an en suite bathroom. The spacious, bright living room has air conditioning, TV and a sound system. Through the sliding doors you enter a beautiful and sunny terrace. From this terrace you step onto the lawn where you can sunbathe on our own sunbeds or take a dip directly into the pool

There is a nice cozy boulevard on the (sand) beach "El Arenal" with many shops, restaurants and terraces. It is a beautiful beach and known to be very safe for children. There is also various play equipment on the beach for the children.

There is also the historic city center of Javea, which is built against the hill with its lively weekly market and narrow but picturesque streets.

In Javea you can enjoy delicious food and drinks for an excellent price/quality ratio. If you make a booking with us, you will receive a log in and password so that you always stay informed about the fun things in and around Javea during your stay. This web environment also contains all important addresses of doctors, dentists or hospitals.

You can park your car in our private parking space in the garage below the complex, where there is a lift to take you up with any groceries or beach equipment.
