Do you like beautiful nature, a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities, less than a ten-minute drive from beautiful beaches, unlimited sports opportunities, cozy restaurants, cafes and terraces, a cozy villa with lots of light and all comfort with a heated swimming pool?? Then our 'villa carlotta' is the right place for you. The proximity of Moraira and Javea (both 10 minutes away) made us decide to choose our holiday home in Benitachell. A beautiful view of the mountains including the Mongo and the I-fach, quiet neighborhood and especially the beautiful climate could really appeal to us. Javea golf club at two minutes makes it very attractive for golfers. Alicante and Valentia can be reached in about an hour and dirt cheap by train ... Amusement parks, beautiful walks, historic sites, a barrel full of sights, the busy markets with all their local specialties, cozy cocktail of all nationalities and the friendly helpfulness of the Spaniards... We would like to share all this with you. Very warm welcome !!

We are Martine and Philip, live in Bruges. After eleven beautiful years in the Dordogne, we wanted to explore something more south and sunnier. The climate of the Costa Blanca immediately appealed to us. The beautiful surroundings, the beaches nearby, the cheaper life and especially the sun were the main assets. Golf at two minutes and many other sports opportunities in the vicinity were gratefully included. And not to forget, the many typical restaurants, terraces and public markets ....

Explanation of prices

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
