At the end of 2023, the house was completely renovated by an interior designer. She created a unique warm home, ready to give you a relaxing holiday. The micro-cement floors run through the entire house and give it a cool, yet warm atmosphere. The owners, Ibiza enthusiasts, have left their mark with bohemian details, beautiful cushions and Ibiza style accents can be found everywhere. With 160 m2 + 70m2 terrace of beautiful bright spaces spread over two floors, including an open kitchen, living room and dining room, Naya, three bedrooms and two shower rooms, this holiday home offers everything you want: cozy corners, luxury, and tranquility
Living areas:
The living room has a dining area and a separate sitting area with smart TV. Air conditioning and heating are available. The living room also has a wood fireplace, which provides warmth and coziness in the winter. Fast WiFi via fiber optic and router provides the entire house and outdoor area with internet. There are portable (JBL) speakers available for music.
The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped. From induction stove and toaster to fruit juicer and hand blender. All basic necessities and much more, such as spices, foil, garbage bags and detergent, are also provided.
Outside:
The 180 degree panoramic view from the two large terraces is breathtaking. Sea view par excellence ! Outside it is just as tastefully decorated as inside; Heavenly day bed, lounge sofas, sun loungers, seating areas, outdoor shower... but you will spend most of your time at the long covered dining table in this Naya, where you will have a wonderful time with a constant sea breeze , relaxing music and your favorite company.
Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with rain shower. Two rooms with air conditioning and 1 room with fan. The beds are 90cm wide and can function as a double bed or be used separately. Box springs, luxurious bedding from Crisp Sheets and beautiful towels complete it. There are also 6 generous beach towels that can be used by our tenants. That saves luggage space!
In short, a wonderful house for both summer and the (usually) sunny winter months!
Long term rental winter months
For possible Longer term rental during the winter period, different rental prices are negotiable.
As indication:
Rent for 4 weeks in November to April is approximately €2000-3000, excluding holiday periods. Please send a personal message to discuss this further.
This delicious cassita is less than a 10-minute drive from the charming Spanish village of Moraira. The location in the Costa Blanca is very central. Only a 10 minute drive from beaches and villages such as Moraira and Calp.
CHILDREN:
We find the house less suitable for small children because of a number of low walls

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and 5 nights the rest of the year. Arrival and departure possible every day of the week.
- We recommend that you rent a car (there is a parking space next to the casita)
- Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check out at 10am.
- Surcharge of €30 for arrival between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Surcharge of €50 for arrival after midnight
- Surcharge of €50 upon arrival on Christmas Day.
