All the equipment you need is available. As well as Nespresso coffee machine.
2 identical bedrooms. Beds 1.60m by 2.00m. Access to terrace and sea view. Can be completely darkened.
Relax, you can do this here too! Blissful reading a book with a view of the sea!
One of the terraces where you can relax in the shade. A gate can be closed here so that it is also safe for small children.
In the morning it is delicious to have breakfast here. You can take the awnings completely out and so that you can sit in the shade.
Altea has about 5 km of beach from 'Cap Negret' in the North, 'La Roda' and 'Cap Blanc' in the South. Around the marina are the beaches of 'Pueblo Macarat'. Not the overcrowded areas like Benidorm and Calpe, but beaches with great views and sand and pebble beach.
Every day there is a market somewhere on the Costa Blanca. Fruits and vegetables, clothing, jewelry, shoe, and sometimes plants and herbs are plentiful. At a Rastro (flea market) there are mainly second-hand items or antiques to be found.
There are several golf courses such as Golf Club Don Cayo Altea (9 holes). This is a 5-minute walk from the house.

The old town of Altea. Known for its typical white lacquered houses. All built around the beautiful church with its famous blue dome. It is wonderful to parade here. Super nice shops and restaurants. A 5-minute drive from the house.
You arrive at the house via the private driveway. There is room for different cars here.

Casa Tranquila with the new salt water pool and veranda.
Around the pool, nice sunbeds with good pillows and plenty of shade.
The old swimming pool has been replaced by a brand new saltwater swimming pool. The veranda is also a welcome addition to our house and offers a nice shade all day.

The Japanese garden is easier to see after pruning the bamboo.

Eating at La Selene just before Xálo is always a party.
At La Selene you can always count on special, tasty dishes. Octopus do not eat every day and you should definitely try it, delicious!
