The magnanimously landscaped house on the ground floor is a 6-person house of 160 sqm with a view of the beautiful large bathing area and the Mediterranean Sea.
The property consists of 3 large bedrooms (all with air conditioning cold / warm), 2 well-equipped bathrooms (incl. Towels) and a large open living, dining and cooking area. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and the usual basic equipment (eg coffee maker). The kitchen and dining room are connected by doors to the terrace and thus have direct access to the pool.

The house can be accommodated without problems by 6 adults and possibly. 2 children are used. You can also enjoy a holiday with family or friends in the Villa Delfin. In addition to free high-speed internet (eg streaming for Netflix) there is television with German and Dutch programs.
The living-dining area is centrally heated.

Due to the good distribution of the 3 apartments (above, front and rear) with 3 separate entrances, each party can benefit from enough privacy.
The large bathing area and the various terraces around the house with seating and lying options offer all options for your personal needs. Outside the pool, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the self-built pizza oven (with recipe for "pizza a'la Hans) can also be used by our guests. Pizza a'la Hans belongs to the tradition of Villa Delfin and is a truly unforgettable holiday highlight.

The beach (Playa del Albir) with a lovely promenade and a wide range of gastronomy and the center of L'Alfas del Pi with all the necessary shopping options can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes. Several attractions are available in the immediate vicinity (e.g. leisure park, waterfalls, hiking and climbing routes and the port of Altea), offering opportunities for a varied holiday program for everyone.
