Denia Beach penthouse with sea views on the beach

Beautiful spacious new penthouse with spectacular sea views from a spacious terrace. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms and is a 1-minute walk from Almadrava beach. The complex has its own swimming pool.

The living room has a large 5 person leather corner sofa, dining room table with 4 chairs.
All rooms have sea views, direct access to the terrace and a smart TV.
Supermarket within 500 m and restaurants within walking distance.

Within walking distance are several restaurants from where you can also see the beautiful sunset. The port of Denia with its fantastic restaurants (Republic Denia is our favorite) is 10 minutes by car.

A water sports school is 5 minutes away where you or your child can have lessons in supping, kiting, windsurfing. This together with other children. You can register your child per part of the day. Guaranteed fun, especially with other children in the group. I myself had suples there. Highly recommended.

Supermarkets Aldi and Lidl are 3 minutes away by car. For a third of the NL prices, you can fill up your shopping cart here.

I have my motorbike parked at the apartment and love to drive into the mountains early in the morning in the summer. Very quiet and perfect road surface.

The apartment is located just off the road 332 that goes from Valencia to Alicante. We are there within 2 minutes (rest assured, in terms of noise you won't notice it at all) and you can drive to Javea (15 min), Moraira (20 min), Calpe (25 min) and Altea (30 min) within 30 minutes. All places are very special and different.

 Personally, I still think Denia is the most beautiful because the old culture has been preserved with narrow streets in the center, modern shopping street and many squares with restaurants.

In Denia in the direction of las rotas there are plenty of opportunities to rent a canoe and then go out to sea.

The apartment will only be rented from August 2024 and I am proud that the guests who have stayed there so far have always given the maximum score!!
