Villa Muntalmar

Stunning sea, gardens and pool views complement the beautiful home. It has been designed as a private home (the owners spend 3/4 months a year here), with no expense spared, including a new designer swimming pool and a purpose-built outdoor kitchen. The spacious villa has 6 double rooms, each with air conditioning (5 of which have their own bathroom, and there is also a 6th bathroom). The villa offers sleeping comfort for 12 people. Extensive landscaped gardens flank the house on both sides. There are many places in sun and shade to relax, including a purpose-built summer kitchen, with bar and BBQ next to the pool. Here is also a dining table for 12 people. The house is surrounded by several sun terraces and shaded areas.

The swimming pool is larger than standard (6x12m) and has a well-designed entry. On request, the swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Next to the pool is a bar, where we have a refrigerator with freezer and a grill BBQ (gas) for meat and fish and plenty of seating. There is also a changing room with toilet and shower. There is also a table tennis table.

Villa Muntalmar is a beautiful spacious villa with spectacular views and a beautiful garden. This villa was originally designed by a famous architect for his own family home and has been completely renovated. A new kitchen and new central heating have recently been installed. It is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday for the whole family
