Welcome to this page of our jewel in Denia; Casa La Perla Amarilla!
Since July 2015 we are the proud owners of our villa in Denia.
The beautiful location and the fantastic views were important reasons that we immediately 'fell in' for this villa.
Meanwhile, our Spanish house completely renovated, newly furnished and fully equipped, providing a relaxing holiday is guaranteed. We are very happy with the result obtained.
The villa has three bedrooms (plus an enclosed area with our private belongings)
and can accommodate 6 guests. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, on the second floor is the third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a large wardrobe.
The open kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, stainless steel fridge / freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, slow juicer, airfryer, toaster, mixer, etc.
The living room is spacious and bright, with a separate cozy dining area. Both are air-conditioning in the kitchen and the living room. Through a sliding door you can go to the terrace that houses the large private pool in the living room. The terrace is spacious 250m2 and surrounds the house. You will always find a place in the sun or shade. There are several seating areas and a dining table with six chairs.
Around the pool are six sunbeds.
Casa La Perla Amarilla is slightly uphill in the district Pedrera / Marques IV, a quiet residential area. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea, but also on the mountain "el Montgó; the sleeping elephant.
The distance to the sea is about three kilometers to the city center 2.5 kilometers.
At a distance of about 45 km you will find several amusement, water and natural parks, such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura.
