Welcome to this page of our gem in Denia; Casa La Perla Amarilla!
Since July 2015 we are the proud owners of our villa in Denia.
The beautiful location and the fantastic view were important reasons for us that made us immediately 'fall' for this villa.
In the meantime, our Spanish house has been completely renovated, refurnished and fully equipped, guaranteeing a relaxing holiday. We are very happy with the result obtained.

The villa has three bedrooms (plus an enclosed area with our private belongings) and can accommodate 6 guests. There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower, on the second floor is the third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
Each bedroom has air conditioning and a spacious built-in wardrobe.
The open kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, stainless steel fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, slow juicer, airfryer, toaster, mixer, etc.
The living room is spacious and bright, with a separate cozy dining area. Both the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning. Through a sliding door you can go from the living room to the terrace where the large private swimming pool is located. The terrace is over 250m2 and is located around the house. You will always find a place in the sun or shade. There are several seating areas and a dining table with six chairs.
There are 6 sunbeds around the pool .

If you can't do without the Dutch news, that's no problem; we have TV with reception of all Dutch channels. WIFI is also available.

Casa La Perla Amarilla  is located slightly uphill in the Pedrera/Marques IV district, a quiet residential area. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea, but also of the mountain 'el Montgó'; the sleeping elephant.
The distance to the sea is about 3 km, to the center 2.5 km.

At a distance of about 45 kilometers you will find several amusement, water and nature parks, such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura.
