Casa Medina is a luxury holiday villa suitable for 6 people, which is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful holiday under the Spanish sun. This spacious holiday villa of 200 square meters is wonderfully located and offers all the luxury, comfort and plenty of entertainment for that ultimate holiday feeling!

Luxury
Located in a quiet residential area, you will find all the elements of luxury at Casa Medina. A private swimming pool of no less than 50 square meters, a modern interior with characteristic Spanish details, stained glass windows and a beautiful garden with several terraces so that there is always a place in the sun and in the shade.

The master bedroom of the villa has its own bathroom and terrace. In 2021, Casa Medina was renovated with, among other things, a brand new, modern kitchen.  The barbecue area, where you can dine with friends or family under the citrus and almond trees, also deserves attention. 

Perfect location
From Alicante Airport you can arrive at Casa Medina in less than an hour and you can immediately enjoy the beautiful region on the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in the well-known fishing village of Moraira, one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. Besides being wonderful to stay in Moraira itself, it is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding villages and towns such as Benidorm, Alicante, Valencia, Jávea and Calpe. There is also impressive nature in the vicinity of the villa. The sandy beaches of L'Ampolla are only 5 (car) minutes away from the villa. 

Facilities: 
The house has three bedrooms, a study/office space with desk, and two bathrooms. There is a spacious living room with a dining area for 6 people. There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and central heating throughout the house, fast wifi via fiber optic, music system and an alarm system. The living room and two bedrooms have a ceiling fan. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. Don't want to miss anything of your favorite series? There is a television with Dutch channels and satellite channels. 

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and five-burner gas stove. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, sandwich maker, juicer and kettle. 

In the large garden, screened for privacy, you will find a luxurious private swimming pool next to a large sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds, a lounge set with awning, a large barbecue area and private parking for two cars.
