Casa Medina is a luxury holiday villa suitable for 6 to 8 people that has everything for a wonderful holiday under the Spanish sun. This spacious holiday villa of 200 square meters is in a great location and offers all the luxury, comfort and plenty of entertainment for that ultimate holiday feeling!

Located in a quiet residential area, you will find all elements of luxury at Casa Medina. A private swimming pool of no less than 50 square meters, a modern interior with characteristic Spanish details, stained glass windows and a beautiful garden with several terraces so that there is always a place in the sun and in the shade.

The master bedroom of the villa has its own bathroom and terrace. Casa Medina was renovated in 2021, including a brand new, modern kitchen. The barbecue area , where you can enjoy a long meal with friends or family under the citrus and almond trees, also deserves attention.

Perfect location
From Alicante airport you arrive at Casa Medina in less than an hour and you can immediately enjoy the beautiful region on the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in the well-known fishing village of Moraira, one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. Besides being a wonderful place to stay in Moraira itself, it is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding villages and cities such as Benidorm, Alicante, Valencia, Jávea and Calpe. There is also impressive nature near the villa. The sandy beaches of L'Ampolla are only 5 minutes away from the villa.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is a spacious living room with a dining area with 8 chairs. There is air conditioning in two bedrooms and central heating throughout the house, fast fiber optic wifi, music system and an alarm system. You can also use the washing machine. Don't want to miss anything from your favorite series? There is a television with Dutch channels and satellite channels.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and five-burner gas stove. There is also a coffee machine, sandwich maker, juicer and kettle.

In the large garden, screened for privacy, you will find a luxurious private swimming pool next to a large sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds, a lounge set with awning, a large barbecue area and private parking for two cars.
