In the living room on the ground floor, you will be greeted with a modern and luxurious atmosphere! Enjoy the comfortable, open floor plan that gives the living, kitchen, and dining areas a welcoming atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can watch or relax in front of the flat-screen TV. For gamers, there is even a playstation 4 with a number of games. The elegant dining table seats 8 people and the bar can seat 2, making this a perfect spot for your favorite tropical drinks, delicious food, and good company! Do you have some work to do while you're here? High-speed WiFi in the home allows remote workers and students to complete their projects quickly and easily on time.

Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling gourmet kitchen, configured with large counter space and high-end WMF and Kitchen Aid equipment. In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, Emerio egg cooker, Le Chai wine cooler, Krups waffle maker, WMF juicer, Kitchen Aid toaster, kettle, blender and mixer. For your convenience, a special tap has been installed that discharges purified water and is therefore completely safe to drink from.

Conveniently located on the ground floor you will find the first two beautiful bedrooms with a king size bed, TV, wardrobe and both rooms with an attached full bathroom. Here you will find a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Take the stairs to the upper floor for great sea and Calpe views! The master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. The luxurious adjoining bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

If you take the stairs to the ground floor of the house you will find an extra living room with comfortable sitting area, TV and dining table with 6 chairs. The smaller kitchen, like the kitchen on the ground floor, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances from brands such as WMF and Kitchen Aid. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool and relax in the bubbling jacuzzi (possibility of heating). Relax on the comfortable sunbeds and watch your family enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. The exotic palms complete the experience of true relaxation while enjoying your hard-earned vacation. Feeling hungry after relaxing or intensive swimming? Heat the luxurious Weber barbecue (on gas) and grill fresh fish or a delicious piece of meat!

For everyone's comfort, there is a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, safe, alarm system and mosquito nets installed at the windows and doors. The house is fully air-conditioned and in the cold periods you can enjoy the underfloor heating. On the outside, you will find free parking for 3 vehicles with an electric gate and an E-charging station for cars.
