The apartment has two floors and is located on the seventh and eighth floors of the complex, which gives you a fantastic view over Calpe. Shops are a stone's throw away and the market starts right outside the door on Saturdays. A car is not necessary.

On the first floor of the apartment there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and toilet. In addition, the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a double bed is located here. Also on this floor a bedroom with two single beds. Living room, master bedroom and bedroom on the eighth floor have air conditioning. Through the sliding doors of the master bedroom or living room you reach the spacious balcony (20 m2) with table and chairs. The glass-raised edge gives you the opportunity to sit comfortably out of the wind. Via a metal spiral staircase you reach the eighth floor. Here is the very spacious roof terrace (60m2) with lounge set with (sun) roof and two sunbeds. There is also a bedroom for two persons (two single beds) and a bathroom with a sink, toilet (urinal) and shower. This room only has sliding doors at the front and no windows (but air conditioning). In addition, people above 1.75 m will not be able to stand upright everywhere. Due to the spiral staircase and the fact that it is located on the roof terrace, this room is less suitable for very small children.

The entire apartment has WIFI. The kitchen includes the following appliances. (combi) Microwave, Senseo, oven, ceramic hob, panini / sandwich maker, juicer, washing machine and electr. BBQ.
