Our Gran Villa Beniarres is a cozy villa with an amazing unique unobstructed (sea) view for 1 to 8 people spread over 2 levels, each with separate entrance.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac about 3 km from the center of Moraira and the beach. On the upper floor there is a living room (with air conditioning and fireplace) with TV (with Netflix) and a cozy dining room with table suitable for 6 people. From the patio and one of the many terraces you have an open view of the cozy village of Moraira, the sea and the swimming pool. There is a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and espresso machine. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with air conditioning. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms here, both with massage shower and toilet.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful newly renovated separate villa with living room with TV, air conditioning and fireplace, a beautiful kitchen 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with washing machine, bath and toilet.
Outside you will find several terraces and an outdoor kitchen with gas bbq and spacious sitting area.
At the pool you can enjoy the sun all day long. Around it are several sun loungers with umbrellas. There is also a garden room with washing machine and pantry. Good WiFi is available throughout the house. At the entrance of the house there is a carport for 2 cars. Downstairs there is another enclosed parking area for 1 car, so a total of 3 cars can be parked on the property.
Immerse yourself in the culture of the cities around: Javea, Denia, Altea, Calpe or "just" our own town of Moraira or enjoy the sea and the beach and the large seaside resort of Benidorm about 40 minutes by car! In short, there is something for everyone! Plenty of markets, restaurants, museums, churches, villages, cities, ect. The house is very fully furnished, you just need to bring your clothes!
