Delightful villa on two floors with a private swimming pool in the exclusive urbanization of San Jaime. The house has a large terrace, a summer kitchen and a large landscaped garden. The total indoor living area is 250 square meters and includes a living room with an open kitchen (inside), 5 bedrooms, a second living room and a play area with table tennis.

The pool is about 40 square meters and has sunbeds to enjoy the terrace around the pool. In the summer kitchen you can prepare your meals or have a nice BBQ and enjoy them on the terrace. With a total area of over 1200 square meters with no direct neighbours, the house is a peaceful retreat, conveniently located close to many beaches, the village of Moraira, with all its restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

We are a Dutch family, and we just moved back to the Netherlands after staying in Rio de Janeiro for the last 10 years.

El Refugio (the villa's name) is just that for us. We go there to rest and play and get away from the urban hustle and bustle whenever we can.

We acquired the property in 2011 and have refurbished and refurnished it to add comfort and practicality while keeping it's Spanish style. As we have kids, it's kid friendly, but adult friendly too. ;-)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A deposit of 25% is required for the booking. The remaining 75% of the rent must be transferred about 8 weeks before the stay.

For smaller groups of up to 6 people, the basement can be closed and discounts can be given in consultation
