Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices are valid for short-term rental (less than 1 month) and are all inclusive (stay, water, electricity, WiFi, swimming pool, closed garage, private pitch, towel set, sheets, cleaning,...)

To be paid on site upon arrival: deposit €250 - will be refunded upon departure if no breakages, damage, vandalism, theft, etc. are found

CANCELLATION: if the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 45 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 30th and 45th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 15th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Prices for long-term rental (+ 1 month): €850/month + electricity settlement (€45 cents/KWh) with the €250 deposit
