A magical holiday with no less than twelve people. Villa del Valle, just renovated and located on a fairytale-like 4000m2 of private grounds. With plenty of holiday privacy offering spaces.

The villa is located on a private plot of 4,000 m² and can be reached via a private road. It is surrounded by a spacious garden and has an unobstructed view of the valley.
The house has an area of 300 m², sleeps 12 and has ample parking space for several cars.

Inside you have:
A living room with sofa, chairs, TV and fireplace, an open kitchen with all appliances (incl. dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, air fryer, washing machine and dryer) and dining table.
On the central floor are three bedrooms, each with a lovely double bed.
The two modern bathrooms belonging to the bedrooms on the central floor are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.**Privacy enough for everyone

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor.
A privacy-offering bedroom that can be reached from the outside. This bedroom is also equipped with a lovely double bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

At the back of the villa is the attractive separate studio.
Via the stairs to this floor you reach the studio with private terrace located in complete privacy. The studio is equipped with a lovely double bed, a sofa bed for two people and a modern private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From this private terrace you can also fully enjoy a beautiful view over the spacious Mediterranean garden. A cot and high chair are available at the villa.
