Relax in the comfortable sofa after a lazy, sun-drenched day at the beach, where you can use the free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) to upload holiday photos, or watch your favorite series or movie on a flat-screen TV.
A fully fitted kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, and includes a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob, a Dolce Gusto, dishwasher and crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Unfortunately, a chef is not included.
Sink into a comfortable double bed and let yourself be lulled to sleep between crisp sheets and linens and a soft puffy duvet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with two single beds.
The main bathroom is complete with modern walk-in shower, sink and a toilet. The other bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and you have a free parking space in the underground car park.
Take advantage of the tropical climate and take a dip in the communal pool. Children can have fun in the small outdoor playground. And to make your stay even more special, there is a unique communal area on the rooftop. Enjoy an impressive view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñón de Ifach or in the evening the beautiful starry sky.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. An additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
