The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator and stairs. It has two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with luxurious rain shower & hand shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and coffee / tea maker.

Take a seat on the comfortable sofa in the living room to watch some TV or fold out the dining tables to eat or drink something inside.

Prefer to go outside? The apartment has a spacious balcony with plenty of shade, but also a sunny private roof terrace with outdoor shower, sunbeds and dining area with BBQ.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 5 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
