It is a good place to stay in this typically Spanish and spacious villa. Benissa is located on the coast between bustling Calpe and cozy Moraira. The well-kept secret on the Costa Blanca.

In this beautiful area there are golf courses, water sports activities, many walking and cycling routes and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The nearest beach with its restaurants and bars is only 1.2 kilometers away and the supermarket is exactly a kilometer away on foot or by car.

With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it offers space for 6 people. In the house, all three bedrooms have a wonderful box spring of 1.80 meters with a nasa topper.

The bathrooms are equipped with a toilet and spacious shower.

The dining table is in the beautiful conservatory from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Of course there is TV with all the channels you can think of, including Netflix. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The different areas can be heated or cooled separately by means of air conditioning. For the winter months you can also heat the house with the central heating.

The real fun begins outside!!

In the Spanish sun you have access to your own private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. Everywhere around the pool is enough space to enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds or to find a spot in the shade.

A little later in the day you can hang out at your own outdoor bar or grill outside in the beautiful outdoor kitchen.
From the entire pool terrace you can also enjoy a beautiful sea view.

The entire site is walled. You enter through a remote-controlled electric gate. Parking for at least 3 cars.

Hello, I'm Monique. I have been coming to this area for years, always on family holidays with my parents in little Lliber.
Bought an apartment in Benissa a few years ago, but now with all the supporters and grandchild we wanted a little more space. Hence this step. Beautiful house with lots of space and privacy. If we can't do it ourselves, we would like to rent it out. This house should be lived and enjoyed.

Explanation of prices

The stated rates apply to a stay of max. 6 persons and 3 bedrooms with double beds. You then have the house at your disposal.

Mandatory final cleaning house € 160.00
Electricity/gas/water € 3.00 per day per person.
Linen € 17.50 per double bed
Deposit € 500.00

Deposit to be paid with the final payment of the reservation. This will be refunded within 7 days after deduction of the additional costs (final cleaning, electricity and possibly bed linen) and inspection of the villa.

If desired for a fee between cleaning house € 100.00
Bed linen change € 25.00 + € 17.50 per bed
Possibly 7th sleeping place with a single folding bed for € 17.50 including bed linen.
Also available free of charge: towels, beach towels.
Baby cots, high chair and baby bath if required.

Payment: Deposit 50% of the total rent within 7 days after reservation. The remaining amount of the rent including the deposit is due no later than 6 weeks before the rental date.

Up to 6 weeks before the rental date, we will refund half of the deposit in case of cancellation. This means that you have lost 25% of the rent. If you cancel 6 weeks to 2 weeks before the rental date, we will retain 50% of the rental sum. If canceled within 2 weeks or less before the rental date, we will not refund anything.
