RENTAL PRICE DEPOSIT BALANCE AMOUNT
The rate displayed when booking includes all costs, i.e. water, electricity (160 kW per week, if additional consumption €0.45 per kWh), heating, air conditioning, pellet stove (pellets to be purchased yourself, always a full, closed bag in keep a reserve for the next tenant in a box on the covered terrace).
The rental price does not include bed linen, bath linen (€23pp), key service (€75) and cleaning (€180)
When making a reservation:
The statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period of 14 days) is excluded for these rental agreements as this concerns the rental of the accommodation for a specific date or period.
If the Renter wishes to cancel the booking made, the Renter must inform the Landlord of this by e-mail. The date on which the cancellation is received determines what part of the rental sum is due, by way of cancellation costs:

1. a) Cancellation made more than 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total rental amount (deposit will be refunded).
2. b) Cancellation made 29-42 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total rental amount (deposit will be refunded).
3. c) Cancellation made 0-28 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental amount (deposit will be refunded).

If the Renter still owes an amount after cancellation, the Renter must pay this within 8 days after cancellation.
If the Renter is entitled to a refund after cancellation, the Lessor must repay this amount to the Renter within 8 days after cancellation.
