Are you looking for a holiday home in Spain? Then you have come to the right place.
Casa Jabri (Benissa Costa - La Fustera) offers you the perfect house within walking distance of shops and beach.

The house has just been renovated into a beautiful, modern 'Ibicenco Style” Casa.
It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom with toilet, a 2nd bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, an open living room with kitchen and a covered terrace + private swimming pool (heated if desired outside the high season) .
The garden is completely enclosed and there is room for 2 to 3 cars to park within the walls.
In winter you can heat using the air conditioning and pellet stove.

We have been coming to this region with its microclimate twice a year for quite some time.
Due to some good advice from our already numerous friends here in the area, we decided to buy the house next to our friends from Belgium. The house was completely renovated and resulted in a beautiful, practical holiday home.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

RENTAL PRICE   DEPOSIT   BALANCE AMOUNT
The rate shown at the time of booking includes all costs, i.e. water, electricity (160 kw per week, if additional consumption 0.45€ per kwh), heating air conditioning, pellet stove (pellets to be purchased yourself, always keep a full, closed bag in reserve for the next tenant in a box on a covered terrace).
The rental price does not include bed linen, bath linen (23€pp), key service (80€) and cleaning (190€)
When booking:
The legal right of withdrawal (cooling-off period of 14 days) is excluded for these rental agreements as this concerns the rental of the accommodation with a specific date or period.
If the Lessee wishes to cancel the booking, the Lessee must notify the Lessee by e-mail. The date on which the cancellation is received determines which part of the rent is due, by way of cancellation costs:

    1. a) Cancellation made more than 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total rent (deposit will be refunded).
    2. b) Cancellation made 29-42 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total rental price (deposit will be refunded).
    3. c) Cancellation made 0-28 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rent (deposit will be refunded).
If the Lessee still owes an amount after cancellation, the Lessee must pay this within 8 days after cancellation.
If the Lessee is entitled to a refund after cancellation, the Lessor must refund this amount to the Lessee within 8 days after cancellation.
