We are Gilbert and Mirella and together with our 4 children we have been enjoying our wonderful holiday home in Moraira for years. This house is the perfect place for us to relax, whether we want to enjoy the sun on the terrace or take a dip in the pool, we can indulge ourselves every time. It is a nice place that we look forward to every year to make beautiful memories together.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
