The Villa
Villa Toro is an 8-person holiday home where you can be completely yourself and relax. The house is located in the middle of the nature of the beautiful Jalón Valley. Within 60 minutes of both Alicante and Valencia Airports and only 15 minutes from the white beaches of Jávea, Moraira, Calpe and Dénia. The authentic villages of Lliber and Jalón (Xalo) can be reached within 5 minutes. In Jalón you will find the supermarket, wineries, weekly markets, restaurants and local terraces.
The holiday home has 4 double bedrooms (one bedroom en-suite), air conditioning and WiFi. It has two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

The villa has a large swimming pool (5 x 11 meters), a Mediterranean-style garden and overlooks the valley. Various landscaped terraces, both covered and uncovered, offer every opportunity for relaxation and relaxation. An electric entrance gate gives access to ample parking including a covered carport.

Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are two double rooms, one room with a comfortable double bed, the other room with two single beds that can also be set up as a double bed. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second en-suite bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a fan and spacious built-in wardrobes.

Bathrooms
On the first floor, accessible from the master bedroom, is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor, the two double rooms share a second bathroom, also with shower, sink and toilet.

kitchen
The open kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and kitchen textiles (tea and towels, dish cloth). There is also a second (covered) kitchen outside by the pool. This is also equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, hot air oven, gas stove and a stainless steel grill plate. The outdoor dining area has a beautiful view over the valley and you can spend long summer evenings together around the dining table.

Laundry room
The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living room
The spacious and high living room has a characteristic beamed ceiling, wooden window shutters, fireplace and satellite TV and streaming audio system (Sonos). The tiled floor has underfloor heating and there are reading books and games available.


Cleaning and linen service
All bed linen and bath linen (large and small towel and beach towel) are included. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 100 euros for 2-person occupancy plus 10 euros per additional person.

Accessibility and language
The house is easily accessible for the elderly with no sills or thresholds on the ground floor, but due to the layout over 2 floors and the step to the swimming pool, it is not wheelchair-friendly everywhere. Our Dutch and English speaking on-site representative lives nearby and is available if necessary to answer your questions or requests.

Area
Villa Toro is located on a hill overlooking the Jalón Valley, a beautiful green valley with vineyards, olive, citrus and almond trees, and the surrounding mountain ranges. Traces of the Moors can still be found in the landscape, who lived in Spain for more than eight centuries. They managed to permanently change the Spanish landscape with their ingenious irrigation systems. Thanks to innovative water techniques at the time, tropical and subtropical crops new to Spain, such as artichokes, avocados, saffron, sesame seeds and citrus fruits, were also able to survive and take root.

The Jalón valley is a wonderful walking and cycling area. You can make beautiful walking routes from the holiday home and the Jalón valley is a fantastic area with beautiful cycling routes for the recreational or active cyclist. The coastal towns of Dénia, Moraira and Calpe are easily accessible by car as well as by bicycle. City lovers can indulge themselves in Alicante and Valencia.
