Casa Amandine is located on the beautiful coastline of Moraira / Benissa and is a fantastic paradise to experience your next holiday with friends or family. The villa has a unique location and location - lots of privacy yet very central to the coast between Moraira and Benissa-Costa. It has beautiful sea views and is within walking distance of La Fustera beach with La Mandala beach bar (open 365 days a year!) and the main amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and beach bars.

The villa has recently been renovated, is attractively decorated and has sun all day long. The villa has access to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful very private swimming pool with Ibiza-style pergola and outdoor kitchen and several terraces and lounge area. The tropical plants around the house also create a great holiday atmosphere. The villa is very comfortable and luxuriously furnished and is equipped with luxurious new beds of a generous size.

The villa consists of 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room and large kitchen on the upper floor. The cozy living room consists of a lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with Netflix and a cozy dining room with round dining table for 6 people. The open and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances such as a gas stove with 5 hotplates including grill hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, Nespresso machine, luxury kitchen blender and also has a washing machine. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room including open kitchen with induction hob and oven and is also equipped with 2 large refrigerators for keeping your drinks nice and cool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners that can both cool and heat.

In addition, there is also a ping pong table for the sports enthusiasts among us.

Casa Amandine is suitable for 10 guests and is rented all year round. Outside the school holidays and the months of July and August , it is possible to rent only the upper floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people. 

The area
Moraira is a small and charming old Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea with a nice marina and an 18th century fortress. The climate in Moraira is labeled by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world. With 325 sunny days, Moraira is a year-round sun destination.
