Fantastic holiday home in Relleu, Allicante, Costa Blanca. The detached 2-8 person house is located in the mountains in residence Muscaret, near Relleu (5min). 35 minutes from Alicante airport, 25 minutes from the beautiful white beaches and blue sea of the Costa Blanca. In Finestrat (10min) you can enjoy shopping. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 balconies, HEATED swimming pool, large porch for wonderful cooling, air conditioning in all rooms (new in 2023),  washing machine, dishwasher and a spacious garden with private pool, salt and heated if desired.

In the porch is a fully equipped Boretti outdoor kitchen, with stove, griddle and oven. The fridge and dishwasher within easy reach. The space can be made completely windproof with large sliding windows, so you can stay outside 365 days a year. Cooking with a view of the mountains, while children swim or chill in the lounge area or people watch what you prepare on the bar chairs. There are 2 cots available and also a high chair. You can barbecue on the large barbeque in the garden. Nespresso coffee machine.

There is plenty of entertainment in the area; Shopping, walking routes, golf courses, shopping, beach, water sports, water park, cycling routes, bicycle rental, restaurants and cozy bars. Get a sandwich at the bakery on your bike or for a nice bike ride down. Games and reading books are more than enough available. Enjoy by the pool or in the lounge area.

If you are more into hiking, there are more than enough beautiful hiking trails in the national park which is close by. There are plenty of big cities in the area, but don't forget the small villages, where the authentic culture can still be found and where you can eat well.
A dish ensures that all channels (Belgium and Dutch and more) can be found. Wifi is available, fast and unlimited.

On the sunbeds, beanbags or lounge area by the pool you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful distant and unobstructed views of the mountains. Even in the winter period you can always stay downstairs. A pallet stove is available to remove the evening cold. You are wonderfully warm and yet somewhat outside, with that unobstructed view of the night mountains and fantastic starry sky, then you are also comfortable in the dark months.

In the immediate vicinity are tennis courts and padel courts, which can be done on foot from our Casa. Outdoor sports are possible in the village of Relleu.
