This modern apartment with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and two TVs has a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from Altea to Alicante.
The residence is located between Altea and Benidorm, in an increasingly popular seaside resort with numerous restaurants, supermarkets and bars.
After a 10 minute walk you arrive at the beautiful beach.

The accommodation is located in a well-maintained communal garden and swimming pool and offers accommodation for up to 4 people. (2 adults+2 children on sofa bed)

From November 2024, the interior will undergo minor modifications. Among other things... Renovation of sofa and wall coverings

Extras:
Washing machine, Dutch TV, Android TV, air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, high chair, beach chairs, hair dryer. Pets allowed (extra deposit may be required), Wheelchair accessible, Garden, Wifi. Sheets and towels included.
 Optional:
- Covered parking for rent for 50 €/month, to be determined on site.
- Airport transfer 60 €/trip

  • Cancellation between the 91st and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
