Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made in writing by e-mail via (*CONTENT HIDDEN*). The moment of receipt counts as the moment of cancellation. Refunds will be refunded to the same payment method within 14 days.
Cooling-off period: you can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking, provided that the arrival date is still at least 14 days away.
Outside the cooling-off period:
- 8 weeks or more before arrival: full refund of all monies paid.
- Less than 8 and at least 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be refunded.
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund of the rental price.
The final cleaning is always fully refunded.
Re-letting: if the cancelled period is still rented out, you will receive a refund of the rental income from that period, up to a maximum of the amount you would otherwise lose, minus € 150 administration costs. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Payment
Deposit 30% within 14 days of booking, the remaining 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If you book less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. If the remainder is not paid on time, the reservation will expire and the deposit will remain due as a cancellation fee.
Deposit
Upon arrival, a deposit of € 3,500 will be reserved on your credit card via the ATM. This will be released within 14 days of departure, provided that the villa and its contents are left undamaged and there are no outstanding costs.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 17:00, check-out no later than 10:00. Earlier or later only in consultation, depending on the occupancy.
Guest registration is required by law for every guest from the age of 14. For families, families and groups of friends; No youth or student groups, bachelor parties or parties.
