Beautiful villa, completely renovated in 2020, with 3 spacious bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms, fully fenced with automatic entrance gate, large (heated) swimming pool with sunbeds and lounge sofa, BBQ, outdoor kitchen / outdoor bar, furnished with all necessary equipment such as dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven and microwave , parking for 4 cars, beautiful landscaped garden with orange and lemon trees.
The villa is fully equipped with alarm system and the most modern gadgets such as Sonos installation for inside and outside, very pleasant air conditioning in all rooms and domotics to control the lighting in and around the pool.
The house is located near La Fustera (approx. 1.5 km from the sea), one of the most beautiful beaches of Moraira Ei. On the border of Benissa and Moraira and a fifteen minute drive from Calpe.
